Spring 2008

A lot happened in these first few months...

Within the first few months of having Hailey we sold the house in Ukee, moved into a small apartment by Big Beach, and had a lot of visitors come to stay. It was a very busy time for us, and went by so fast (partially due to the lack of sleep).

Aunty Kristine came to stay with us for a week, and I am pretty sure she didn't get much sleep during that time. Poor Hailey was at the peak of her "colicky stage" and was not very content during the days, but she loved it when her Aunty would rock her back and forth (over and over).

 Aunty Carly lived in Tofino so she was able to come visit often. Hailey would always fall asleep in her arms while being cuddled.

We had a lot of fun dressing her up in various outfits, one of my favorites was this one. She is wearing Daddy's bandanna and looked pretty cute.

I am pretty sure that by the time we were finished with this little "photo shoot" the Father's Day card was covered in drool.
