April 2009 - We bought a house in Terrace

For Hailey's 1st Birthday we just had a few friends over for a visit and some cake.

Opening some presents with Daddy.

One of the gifts from Mommy & Daddy. 

She also got her new "big girl" car seat from Grandpa & Grandma. 

She is so proud to be facing forward now, no more looking at the back of the seat.

 

 I thought that Hailey would have been covered in cake from head-to-toe. Instead she carefully took pieces off to eat it at her leisure. This was as messy as it got (with the cake that is).

Then came dinner time, she was a little less hesitant to dig right in to this.
