Our renovations included: a new bathroom, a new back deck, a new garage & foundation, new carpets, new paint, the loss of a few trees, and one very needed exterior paint job.
After some hard work this is what the house looks like.
Here is Ryan building our new back deck. Trust me, is was needed. The old deck was so sketchy that we wouldn't let anyone stand on it until we tore it off and re-built it.

Our new living room. The old paint used to be purple, it is now a nice green. Ryan also did some work around the fireplace, it made a dated gas fireplace look a little less dated.
Oh how we would have loved to just rip it right out... maybe next year????
